Day Trippers |

Our Day Trippers group has visited several places in Iowa, with most being within an hour of Cedar Rapids. Day Tripper dates vary throughout the year. |

Canasta |
Canasta is a rummy card game – easy to learn, fun to play. The rules are available at each table. We meet at a local restaurant for lunch before we play. |

500 Card Club |
This game is played over a series of hands where players try to take tricks. |

NMJL Mah Jongg |
1st and 3rd Wednesdays |
The American version of Mah Jongg is played with tiles and uses a card with standard hands that you are trying to build. If you don't know how to play we have excellent teachers. |

Luncheon Meeting and Program |
We have a social time at 11:30, lunch at 12:00 followed by a program and business meeting. A reservation is necessary and includes meal, tax, tip, beverage and program. Reservation deadline is the 4th Wednesday of the month. |

Mexican Train-Dominoes |
The group will meet for lunch and then play Mexican Train-Dominoes. Join us for this fun game. |

Chick Flicks |
Join your Welcome Club friends for a matinee followed by conversation at a nearby cafe. |

Out To Lunch |
Out to Lunch meets for a casual meal at one of our local restaurants. Lunch and laughs with friends and meet new friends. |

Social Bridge |
This bridge group meets on Thursdays, September to May at 11:30. The location for play changes sometimes. Players need to commit to attending or could be put on a sub list. |

Dining Out |
We eat dinner out at one of the area restaurants. Spouse or guest is welcome. In the summer we may venture out of town. |

Crafty Ladies |
This group has made several beautiful craft items usually lead by our own members. Some of our latest creations have been Christmas and seasonal decorations, and cardmaking. New craft ideas are always welcome. |

Bunco |
Bunco is a popular game played by rolling three dice in a series of rounds. Each player is trying to get the correct number on each dice and win points. |

Book Club |
The Book Group meets once a month to discuss and evaluate books which are recommended and chosen by our members to read. We meet at a library or local coffee shop for discussion. |

Couples Bridge |
Eighteen hands are played with participants changing partners. Subs are welcome. |

Meet and Greet |
The purpose of this monthly gathering is to meet some of our members, learn about our club, and to find out information about our many activities. You are welcome to come and join us. |

Round Robin Bridge |
Twenty hands are played each month with a partner. If a team is not available to play on the fourth Thursday of the month, a time that is convenient to both teams may be chosen. Scores are accumulated and a celebratory luncheon is held at the end of the year. |
